Ministers of Eucharist to the Sick
These ministers of communion take the Eucharist to homes, hospitals and senior residences.

St. Vincent de Paul Society
The Society responds to the needs of people in our parish with clothing, food and furnishings. The main emphasis is on spiritual life and help to the poor. Members collect materials and make calls on the needy. They meet monthly.

Visitors to the Sick
The volunteers visit parish members who are confined to home or hospital. Masses are celebrated monthly at both the Meadowcroft and Tyndal Nursing Homes and at Westminster and Sunrise Retirement Residences.

 

Religious Education Ministries

R.C.I.A. (Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults)
The R.C.I.A. is a process through which adults are initiated into the Catholic Faith. Together we learn who Jesus is; what Jesus taught as handed on by the Church; how to live our lives with Christian values and morality and become active in a Christian community. Meet every Monday at 7:30 p.m., starting about mid-September.

Religious Education for Public School Children
Meet every Saturday morning for classes in the parish hall starting mid-October. To register call the parish office. A baptismal certificate is required at time of registration.
